WEAR HEAVY DUTY DISHWASHING GLOVES TO PROTECT YOUR HANDS! This will burn skin. I also used it on a griddle that was about 20yrs old and that came out great as well. I followed up washing the copper with bar keepers friend soft scrub. Shiny and just like new. Not a quick process but the CarbonOff is really the only way to get serious gunk off pans.
