I have learned SUPPORT is just as important as the product. You won't find better in this field. I have 17 of these clocks installed.. Some of them for as long as 7 years. Other than pebkac, only 1 finger print scanner had the glass window damaged by Tungsten Carbide chips on Employee fingers. (MAKE SURE THEY KNOW TO WASH FIRST). Acroprint sent a new clock and transferred all the settings from the old clock to the new one. (fingerprints and punch history). Initially I had problems setting the clock up to the server but once I contacted tech-support they helped me connect and walked me through a couple of steps. The clock has been easy to use and run reports on. My only complaint is the clock loses connection to the server periodically. Each time I have had any sort of problem I have been able to call tech-support and they have either fixed it for me or walked me through the steps I needed to take to correct the issue.
