The store batch (same bag but different expiration date) was perfection. They were sliced thinner, felt almost cold to the bite and were somewhat crunchy. They were also a little sweeter. This batch is good but thicker and not quite as sweet. Organic and natural products vary. People in different countries are probably manually chopping this stuff up, so the thickness varies somewhat from batch to batch. Big deal. I originally wrote a negative review about these and now feel that they're fine. They're just different. The next batch might be like the first. This company is giving work to people who really need it in Sri Lanka, Mexico, Peru and Costa Rica. I just hope they're being paid well enough.
