I am a large woman and bought the 6 x. The corset fit me except for the Brest my Brest are DD and the top did not offer a support shelf sturdy enough for my cup size. If you had smaller Brest it will work better. There is a hook on the back of the neck. The item arrived before the expected arrival time.
