A: My dog was maybe about the same weight, but had very skinny legs/waist. I bought an XL and it was WAY TOO BIG for him to use. So weight alone might not be enough to judge the best fit. The dog in the item picture has meaty legs and stomach and it fits him nicely. My dog has since passed, otherwise I would take a picture of how it fit for others to be able to use as help. I hope this is of help to anyone!
