For a small mouth, I need a round head.** A: There are 5 or 6 Braun head types for these handles. The "precision clean" is the smallest and is completely round. The others are all slightly oval in shape and they are the 3d white, cross action, floss action dual clean, and clean sweep. I think that the whole list. Just search on amazon for Oral-B Pro 1000 replacement heads and you'll see them all. They all fit all the different handles - as long as you do not have a "sonic" type handle. I like the precision clean, 3d-white and floss action the best and have all three in the drawer. **Q: Is this brush supposed to automatically turn off after 2 minutes of use?** A: It does not. Every 30 seconds it vibrates to let you know you can move to a different part of your mouth.
