I shall update my review once the seller replies, it could be just a matter of pairing up the remote with the box, or a replacement is to be sent. Without the remote it will be hard to navigate.I have received a replacement remote and that is working now. So far the BOX is OK. I will have to see how it performs, looks good but a few MKV movies had some skipping. Something my other older Android Box didn't do. I will need to compare the files and test them out, make sure.This box was purchased purely for movies (1080p and 4K), I didn't intend to add any streaming services or any other unecessary apps to it. Just what I need. I haven't tested the 4K capability, I will need to do that and see how it handles the larger files.One thing to take account of, the USB port stay live even when the box is switched off completly.
