That didn't work well because of size mismatch. So I looked into what could match the double BA pad and there weren't many options.This bag matched the BA double pad perfectly. It has neat corner pockets where you can secure the pad quickly. Once the pad is in, the sleeping bag is really snug on top. No shifting or flopping around. If you're considering this sleeping bag you should really match it with the BA double pad. They work together.The bag itself is quite warm and fluffy. I haven't tried it out in cold weather yet, but I'd be confident with it down to 30F. It has some neat features like side zippers so you don't have to slide in from the top. This bag is BIG and hefty, but I can stuff it in the bottom of 80L backpack. You can take this monster sleeping bag backpacking! It's not for the hyperlight crowd, but then again there are no options out there that come close to the comfort of this bag.
