It did take a minute to get use to it changing from my standard office chair, but now it's very comfortable. I sit up straight and if I want to lean back I have the option. The back support is great.I wish that the head pillow was able to stay in place but every time I get up it falls back down. The usb power cord for the lower back massager needs to be a bit longer. The other thing is that I had to take the screws out of the chair to assemble the pieces together vs just pulling them out of a bag, it's not a big deal but is double the work of screwing.
