Ordering through Amazon was so easy. I chose a date and time (you are given 3 hours blocks of time to choose from) I wanted the furniture delivered- so no waiting around all day. A day later I got a confirmation call making sure it was a good time and day to deliver. The delivery crew put it right where I asked on time no less! The furniture was well packaged and there was no damage to it. Assembly was not difficult at all- and I am not a wizard at it. The weight of the product is perfect for what I was looking for- not to heavy but substantial enough to withstand even winter weather. Sitting on the furniture is very comfortable, the cushions are well designed and the material used to make them looks and feels to be top quality. The height of the furniture is comfortable for myself- I am short and my husband who is much taller. The gas fire in the table is a real bonus. It worked right away, throws off a decent amount of heat- and looks great. The overall appearance is very pleasing as well - it is not to formal and in my opinion, not to casual but a perfect blend that goes very well with our home.
