Just as the deep cracks in the palms of my hands healed, the amount of affected skin on the backs of my hands/wrists/forearms/elbows rapidly increased and some random spots have been showing up on my torso and legs The affected spots were alternating between insanely itchy and painful, and even with me applying moisturizer consistently and truly avoiding scratching, many spots were oozing/scabbing over/cracking. I started off looking for fingerless gloves to cover the worst spots, mostly to hide them from other people, and discovered "eczema clothing".Since Soothems doesn't make fingerless gloves, I ordered them from a different company that uses Tencel (Remedywear). While those gloves have been helpful, I like the Soothems fabric so much better! I am using this shirt mostly for sleeping, and after wearing it one night, I ordered a pair of Soothems sleeves to wear during the day. I noticed that I really like the snugger fit of the sleeves (10" circumference) and next time I order a shirt I will order the XS to get that same feeling. Soothems are amazing. After buying their children's products I was hoping they would come out with an adult product and I was thrilled when they did. The fit is great and the fabric is so cooling and comfortable. I wear them under my scrubs at work (which are provided for me, so there is zero fabric softener and they are so irritating). I have also purchased the sleeves for days that I have to scrub into procedures and can't wear sleeves. After work I load up my eczema lotion on my arms and put on the sleeves. It's so convenient cause the soap is so harsh on my skin when I scrub in. I have sensitive redheaded skin and live in Arizona so I can not wait to wear this to bed in the summer!
