It is made of processed recycled plastic. Ordered thru Amazon because of the 0 interest for 18 months payment!! 2 Garden chairs, 2 Adirondack chairs, Side table, Backless bench and a Garden bench. The color of all the pieces is nantucket blue, the look and the feel of the pieces looks / feel real. Reached out to the other manufacturers for sample of colors, never heard back. The young lady at HARDWOODS was pleasant and helpful the both times I contacted them ( She should get a 10% commission from the sale, about $200, because of her I finally decided to go with HIGHWOOD). With the right tools (cordless drill,Hex Head Allen Wrench Drill Bit and grandkids) the builds went well and pieces fitted together well.
