For sure family sized. I wish they had zippers along the top and sides but for price it’s good. Very thick durable material. Came with a gross plastic stench, but left them out over night and they’re fine now. I’ve packed these with beach towels from Costco (big), a packable Panama hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, a water bottle, flip flops, fans, bubbles, uno game, glow sticks, a power bank for phones, waterproof pouch, wet bag, m&ms, beach towel clips, aloe, chapstick, hair ties, bug spray, baby powder, a drink holder, reusable ice cubes, drink mix, a beach ball, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, a mini first aid kit, party poppers, small trash bags. All of that fits into these bags!Pockets in the front are deep.
