A: besides olives, only salt

**Q: What is the salt content?**
A: Its subjective personal preference. Most people say these are "too" salty. Each brand is different and I've tried several. Reviewing the comments of other distributors will usually show a lot to "too much salt" or "too salty" comments. These are not the bottled brand flavor or texture. Middle eastern stores or a Whole Foods might be  good place for a taste test?

A: Olives don't have gluten

**Q: Do these need to be refrigerated after open?**
A: I keep mine in a glass jar and they get eaten before they ever need to be refrigerated. They will last for months unrefrigerated
