This product is similar to a dental office whitening kit but much cheaper. The instructions tell you to do the gel/whitening for 8 days straight without breaks so it forces you to stick to it. It’s easy to apply the gel to the mouthpiece and in general quite easy to use. As I started squeezing the gel in the mouthpiece, the attached applicator fell off with the gel going all over my clothes and bathroom.
