It did not work that well, if at all. The reason I gave it 5 stars is because it works great for the spoken word. I think it must respond to the timbre in someones voice rather than the smooth sound coming from the TV. It treats the TV and other sounds as ambient while somebody's voice is clear as a bell. I tried it myself. It was only my own misunderstanding that made me think it would work for the TV.The one complaint that I do have about it is the ear splitting squeal that comes out of it if you put your hands near it or on it to adjust anything while it is on your ear. Rather than return it I will keep it in a drawer just in case it might be needed in the future. ### ⭐ Worthless *by L***N on August 17, 2016* It is unusable.
