This PTT adapter is only for the Earmor headsets as the Mfg states. The headset plug hooks up tight and it holds plug firmly. The clip could be upgraded a little to be able to turn to accommodate adjusting the module for placement on gear, but is very strong and fits MOLLE loops good. Cord is good length. The secondary Mini Jack socket (yellow arrow) could use a silicone plug to keep dust and water out of the case.
