No warranty is provided if the transformer is burned out by exceeding the rated power. To convert 110 V to 220 V: Ensure the device to be connected consumes less watts than the rated power of the transformer. Insert the voltage drop plug (on the back of the transformer) into the hole marked with "110". Plug the power cable of the transformer into a voltage source of 110 volts. When the power switch is on, 220 volts are available on the 220 volt marked socket on the front. To convert 220 V to 110 V: Ensure the device to be connected consumes less watts than the rated power of the transformer.
