Comes with a Pen and a large writing pad (ready for me to bring it to a meeting or a job interview as needed or necessary).4. There are small pocket for receipts and cards holder.5. It has a great color combination (black & orange) and the leather cover makes me feel it likes a premium product.Cons (What I Don’t Like):1. The width of the product is less than 10’, not as described, 12.4’ x 10’.2. The Padfolio is not fully covered (increase the risk of getting wet or dirty to inside writing pad if exposed to water or dirty surfaces).I suggest the manufacturer be consistent in describing the size of the product for both length and width on the Amazon product description page.
