The holes on the bottom of the joystick replacements do NOT match up with the OEM GameCube controller sticks. I had to use a flat head and gouge out a sliver of plastic to make it work/fit properly. The gray stick was rubberized at the top, but it's a touch smaller than OEM and the C-stick is full on plastic.
