My legs fall into the middle of the measurements given by the seller and as you can see from the photo, it fits with plenty of adjustment. I have had lots of knee supports over the years which creep or roll - usually because they're far too tight/ high on the thigh. This one doesn't do either, although it sometimes slips down a little, so I prefer to wear it over leggings so I can adjust it as necessary. It is fairly bulky so you would struggle to wear it under jeans unless they were pretty loose. I have a very badly damaged knee. It's totally ruined and nothing except a knee replacement is ever going to fix it. This knee support helps. It isn't a miracle cure, but it certainly helps give enough support and compression to make a difference... and I'll take whatever help I can get at this stage! Really can't complain about the product in any way. It is well designed, affordable, very adjustable and just supportive enough to make a difference without being too restrictive.
