Even though I was aware of my slumping, after several years of pain and recovery, it was difficult to remember to be more aware while going about daily activity. I was also experiencing lower skull and neck pain because of the slumping. The second day of wearing this brace, my neck cracked very loudly as I felt it adjust to the proper position. The brace immediately and gently put my shoulders, back, neck, and spine into a correct position. It is very comfortable (only have worn over a shirt), my neck pain was completely gone after that cracking, and even without the brace my posture is better until I get very tired or at the end of the day. This is after only 4 days. I know that after daily use for a longer period of time, it will be the cure I have needed. The size of it and comfort make it easy to be worn under or over clothes. I can feel it working my upper back after I remove it. You can take on and off yourself. I have limited flexibility so my wife does help getting it as tight as possible.
