Have used it 3 times so far and already noticed a big improvement. My beard is only short to medium length (hairs are about 3 to 4 inches long). Takes about 5 minutes of brushing at the highest setting. So not too long. Take a couple of minutes to get up to temperature. Feel this product will work even better the longer my beard gets.
