It's the only product that truly keeps my skin moisturized. I traveled to South Africa a few summers ago for a six week stay. I didn't bring glycerine and didn't realize how dry SA is in June/July. I was literally in physical pain because my skin was so dry. I tried everything - coconut oil, $100US+ body moisturizer from high end store, regular body lotion in my hotel - nothing worked. A friend found some glycerine in a local shop and I was feeling great within a day! I've never been without my glycerine since then. I'd pay anything, but am so glad it's also cheap! I buy it by the gallon and fill smaller containers. I've told many people about the magic of glycerine, but none have been all that impressed.
