So, when I measured where they advised to do so, I was 18 1/2 inches. This led me to order a large (black) as the chart indicated and even wondered if I should consider a XL since that was on the edge. Turns out the large was too large and stood no chance of staying I up. So I returned it and ordered a medium (green). When I first put it on, the compression felt great and I thought, “Great, this is much better.” However, as soon as I left my house and walked a mear 1/4 mile, it was falling down and I spent the day pulling it back up MANY times. Finally I just took it off. I would return it but don’t want to get flagged by Amazon for too many returns, so basically I’ve waisted my money. I’m glad it works for some. Wish it did for me! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best knee support I have had starting in 1972 *by D***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2020* I crashed a motorcycle at 65 mph in 1972 and at 40 mph in 1973. Both caused knee injury an I wear a knee support occasionally. I have had a lot of knee supports. This is the best one I have had. The AKFLY is longer, with thicker material, and comes in colors. It feels like I have more support and containment with a little less constriction. The size chart in the images was very helpful and accurate for me, and my measurement was at the bottom of the medium bracket. I am going to buy another and one for a friend.
