Connected the female Dsub ends to each Terastation then the male end in the center connected to the female Dsub of the cable to the UPS. Ran a test by disconnecting power to the UPS after adjusting the Terastation settings and they both went into UPS Dependent Mode in 5 seconds and after the 30 seconds I had set for shutdown they shut down properly together.
