It's story, the world its in and the art style...amazing.I just wish certain things could have been expanded on, the world could have been explained a bit more to get it to that point where everything could be understood. When I started the first episode, I thought I had missed something, I thought this might have been a sequel to something, it felt like I had been thrust into it and it expected me to get everything immediately. I advise to look past this and just continue watching, it really is a great show.It could have been longer just to flesh it out more but that's about it. I'd have liked to see more and learn more about the characters. I know there's going to be movies but it might just be like other anime films based off their series; recaps with twists. I doubt things will be thoroughly fleshed out more in them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beyond The Boundary. *by B***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on February 20, 2016* There are a lot of standard anime/manga motifs, high school, pervy boys, contemptuous girls, angst, saucy cosplay, at one point the young protagonists even form a boy-girl band and perform a musical number. However, this is all held together by an interesting and dramatic story that moves along at a fair pace. There is a fair amount of comedy but also some notable surprises and twists, actual peril and heartbreak. It looks lovely, with fine artwork and animation and some imaginative imagery during the supernatural battles. Downsides? Two. One of the boys has a sister fetish and a sister - it's played for comedy but is still creepy. The other is that the female lead has been dubbed with a very squeaky voice. To my ears at least, in her more angst-ridden moments she can be a bit 'fingernails down a blackboard'.
