### ⭐ Concrete anchors were horrible, poles aren't straight

The concrete anchors that come with these poles are garbage. We tried to install with them & ended up having to grind & patch 4 of them and buy different anchors. The poles have a nice finish to them and definitely hold up the shade sail but they are crooked at the connection points so they look really sloppy. The longer they're up the more crooked they get, we are going to have to pay someone to weld them at the joints in order for them to look decent

The product broke after less than 2 months of use. Sun shade pole snapped in half due to faulty construction.Please provide a customer service contact I can reach out to to inquire about replacement.
