High density polyethylene is harder than low density polyethylene and has higher tensile strength, and better compressive strength. HDPE has good insulation properties and is easy to weld. I made a water valve handle with it. The original handle was smaller and was uncomfortable. I was able to make two handles out of this product.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Not as sturdy as I assumed

The sheet is pretty good all in all. But it will still deform with pressure on the corner. The plastic isn't meant for high pressure. I needed a hard plastic for scraping across aircraft aluminum without scratches to remove glue residue. Additionally it's measurements were shy of the actual listing measurements. If you give a measurement in the listing. It should be that measurement. I've already cut it into blocks. So there's no sending it back. I'll just keep looking for extremely stiff hdpe for my needs.
