I have a 32 waist and ordered a large which fit very well (I expected the Asian size to be smaller). I prefer a waist band that is not tight and these are just right. I purchased 2 grey, 1 black and 1 white. The grey seem to be slightly roomier than the black and white - which fit about the same. The back side of these are a little strange, but I got used to them very quickly. I am very slim - 5'7" 150 lbs and these briefs stay put all day. No sagging, no riding up, comfortable to sleep in, etc... I have only washed them a couple of times, but the quality of the construction is excellent. The product images show the waistband length in inches, which I found very helpful. More manufacturers should do this. With this measurement I was able to compare to some of my other underwear to confirm the correct size. The 3D crotch is excellent - very roomy - almost too much for me, but the result is they wear like boxer briefs in the crotch area, but don't ride up or have extra material that bunches in the wrong place.
