Secondly, they're nut free. Definitely a big deal if you have a nut allergy. I struggle to find foods (especially snacks and candy) without a "made in facility/on shared equipment that also processes tree nuts" label. Chocolate is always the biggest offender. I've had to resort to making most sweets myself but certain things I've had to do without because I couldn't find a decent substitute. Now I won't have to struggle with looking for cocoa butter that isn't processed with nuts to make my own white chocolate. I've recently had to give up regular chocolate and have been searching for a good substitute. Carob is ok but lacking in that certain something so I decided to give white chocolate another chance. It's so hard to find white chocolate that doesn't contain soy (something else I must avoid now) and I've never been that crazy about it...until now. This brand has a rich cocoa butter taste that reminds me of chocolate and tastes divine! I love it in baking, pancakes, even right out of the bag.
