I did not get a faulty case either, I contacted their customer service, which was great by the way and the one star review is not by any means a bad reflection on the company, and they sent me a new one. The new case fit exactly the same and since I was still not pleased I returned both cases in the box they sent the replacement in with their prepaid postage sticker. They refunded my money and I wasn't penalized in any way for returning the unsatisfactory case.
