## Description

This nagura has a finer grit #1000 (average particle size is 16 micron) and it is not as aggressive as cheaper naguras with grit between 150 and 300, which can excessively wear waterstones. This nagura is soft and can be used on whetstones with grit 1000 - 12000. It should be soaked in water for 10-15 minutes before using and stored dry after use. Made in Japan.

- Cleans the waterstone surface from remaining grits and metal particles which inhibit sharpening
- Aids in smooth sharpening by eliminating suction between the blade and the stone
- Flattens the waterstone surface which becomes convex (warped) with use
- Contains zirconium additives to increase wear resistance; 2.5" x 1.3" x 1.0" (64mm x 33mm x 25mm); 3.5 oz (100 g); made in Japan
