I racked first then took the lee (i.e. dregs at the bottom left over from spent yeast, additives, tannin and oak additives etc.) and ran it through my new .5 micron filter set into a big soup pot. I got another half gallon of wine out of that! It didn't remove everything, maybe because I was squeezing the bag to help it along, but now it is all about the same consistency as in the main carboy (6 gallon wine fermenting bottle) so I could add it back in. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it looks exponentially better also. I use it in a freshwater and so its hanging up on top of my tank and so looks matter more then if it was a sump set up. While the other bags I have seen are a very fuzzy fabric this fabric is not fuzzy at all an instead looks just like normal shirt fabric, of course with a much tighter threading.
