**Q: This item fits geo metro 91, 2 doors, 1.0 engine transmition manual?**
A: I ordered this for my 93 Metro with the 1.0 and manual, and it does not fit like the original radiator. It is shorter, and does not have mounts for the radiator fan. The bolt holes on the top are in the right area though. I installed it anyway and connected the radiator fan with zip ties and it's been working great for a couple thousand miles. I think this radiator is specifically for the automatic.

This product is meant for the automatic version of the Geo and will not work with you oem fan mounts. I just had to use some zipties to make it work!
