It was well-packaged and included earphones, a charger-cable and plug, a screen protector and a silicone phone-protector. It arrived fully-charged and ready to use, once the sim-card was inserted.It is a beautiful looking phone, similar in size and feel to an iPhone 5, for a fraction of the price. I bought it for my daughter, as a (temporary?) replacement for her iPhone, which she had dropped in water. She was able to upload her favourite apps quite easily, but complained that the phone is very slow. Given that it is supposed to run on 4G, I'm not sure why this is.So far, we are very happy with the phone, but will re-submit a review if this changes.Almost a month on and my daughter continues to complain that the phone is “frustratingly slow”. She only uses it for calls and texts and has taken over my iPad for everything else. Immediately out of the box on it installed a protective film. The sound of the call is very loud, and the daughter has set the level to about 70-80%.
