I always use DPF after fillup and it works magic. If you have dpf problems it is generally because you have been running around town doing short journeys and the dpf is getting blocked, the regen action dumps fuel into the dpf to get it hotter than normal to burn out the blockage. The dpf cleaner is a catalyist which combines with the blockage and drops its burning temp so it self cleans as you drive normally . I use the diesel cleaner (1/2 bottle) in the tank with the low alarm on and go for a 10 mile drive at a good speed twice a year. Do this then half fill tank with the dpf cleaner and drive normally down to 1/4 tank, then go on the motorway and boot it for a few miles. I replaced the fuel filter twice with no improvement. I searched the blogs for my symptoms and they all said to use this this stuff. Fill a new fuel filter with this stuff and start the engine.
