Review: Onvolledig, gebrekkig product, slechte klantenservice - UPDATE: We weten inmiddels zeker dat we deze mand niet hadden moeten kopen. Het hout is op de scharnierplekken dusdanig broos dat het inmiddels is uitgebroken. Dan maar geen deksel. Alleen valt de onderkant (losse plank) er ook telkens uit en klapt dan de mand een stuk in elkaar. Nope. Niet kopen. Tenzij je wil leren om met irritaties om te gaan dan. In principe een prima wasmand, staat mooi. Alleen kregen we de eerste keer een exemplaar zonder scharnieren aan het deksel, wel aan de mand. Deze ging dus retour. Het volgende exemplaar had weliswaar 2x2 scharnierdelen, alleen waren aan een kant twee dezelfde delen gemonteerd, waardoor we het deksel alsnog niet konden monteren. Op mijn aanvraag voor productondersteuning (een nieuw scharnierdeel) via de leverancier op desertcart kwam geen antwoord. Na nog een aanvraag kreeg ik te horen dat ze niet konden helpen 'omdat het via desertcart was besteld'. Ik ga maar zelf een scharnier zoeken.

UPDATE: We weten inmiddels zeker dat we deze mand niet hadden moeten kopen. Het hout is op de scharnierplekken dusdanig broos dat het inmiddels is uitgebroken. Dan maar geen deksel. Alleen valt de onderkant (losse plank) er ook telkens uit en klapt dan de mand een stuk in elkaar. Nope. Niet kopen. Tenzij je wil leren om met irritaties om te gaan dan.
