Almost done with my first bottle and I am happy. I like that you get more MCT oil then other brands. If you look at other C8 products they can get pricey and they give you less product. I was already using MCT oil in my morning coffee so I cannot say that I noticed anything when I switched to this brand. Just as an FYI the bottle is plastic not glass. I could be wrong but I think I saw a review or somewhere that said the bottle was glass. Mine was not.
