Our 19 month old loves to listen to the songs and sits and watches the alif bet as they flash on the screen along with the music. Our 4 year old is learning his Alif Bet from the songs and movie. And even I (a Native Californian married to an Arab) can't get the alif bet song out of my head for days after we watch the video. We watch it almost once a day when the native Arabic speaker returns home from work and our household begins speaking Arabic. I'm not sure if it is a coincidence or not, but our 4 year olds vocabulary seems to have grown as well as his speaking confidence since watching this movie regularly.
