I am absolutely thrilled with this case. All I need to protect my Mac and inspire me to become creative in my writing. I did not read the description carefully (dah!), because I was surprised to find a hardcase in the package I received today… I expected a vinyl skin. Despite my extensive search I saw this product only a couple of days AFTER receiving and applying the more expensive (though beautiful) vinyl skin from another company. Oh, well… I am so happy with this "skin" I can forget the additional expense.
