It's got pockets on the front and one side, plus the six square compartments, so it's great for organizing my kids' things in the backseat. My only complaint is about the dividers. They're held in place by velcro, and it's pretty easy for the velcro to disconnect. Also, the dividers don't quite go all the way down to the bottom, so small things can slip under. Of the ones I looked at, this one came closest to meeting our needs, but since we leave it in one all the time and it takes a little bit of wear from my kids stuffing toys into it, a more rigid one would have been better for us.
