Then came Maui Medicinal's Hawaiian Kava caps, which are super easy to take and seem to work really well, showcasing the best of the kavain-rich cerebral Hawaiian 'awa experience. A cap seems to equal about 8 oz. of regularly prepared kava, and just like the beverage remember to take it on an empty stomach; otherwise uncap it, roll it in an empty teabag (I find 5x6cm works best) and take it buccally like snus! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality Kava *by H***2 on Reviewed in the United States on August 12, 2021* Good stuff, I'd buy this again.
