This lightweight CHILL rooftop unit comes with 15, 500 BTU capacity with a white finish. The 15. 5 unit utilizes dual fans to operate more efficiently. Review: Good unit. The kids come broken - We had to return this item 2 times because the lid was cracked or the clips that hold the lid on were broken. On the 3rd replacement my husband called the maker and they replaced the lid for free. So we kept that unit. The unit was easy to install and it’s worked great.
Review: Furrion FACR15SA-PS RV Air Conditioner, Rooftop, 15.5 BTU- White - For an air conditioner that did not function properly, it produced cold air for about 12 inches coming out the front vent, and about 24 to 36 Inches coming out of the back vent. It does not work properly. We don't understand why we're being penalized 50 to 60% for restocking. Would you please explain that in greater detail. I can't believe you're going to sell that same unit to someone else. Please advise. 10 percent restocking is more reasonable for an air conditioner that doesn't work as designed. If you're saying it does work as designed, then it is a faulty design.

We had to return this item 2 times because the lid was cracked or the clips that hold the lid on were broken. On the 3rd replacement my husband called the maker and they replaced the lid for free. So we kept that unit. The unit was easy to install and it’s worked great.

For an air conditioner that did not function properly, it produced cold air for about 12 inches coming out the front vent, and about 24 to 36 Inches coming out of the back vent. It does not work properly. We don't understand why we're being penalized 50 to 60% for restocking. Would you please explain that in greater detail.
