I like the consistency. It is like a cream so not watery which means you don't have to rub it into your skin a whole lot. It absorbs very quickly (less than a minute) so I don't have to wait very long to apply my face cream afterwards. The smell is light and pleasant and I cannot smell it once I have put my face cream over it. I feel like it is providing a good deal of moisture to my eye area. I will have to continue to using it for several months to really say if it is making a remarkable difference. I will say this, I works both days and nights so I worry about my eyes looking tired and puffy when I have gone 24 hours without sleep. The skin around my eyes got red and very swollen. Like my eyes were half closed. And they wouldn't stop watering. I felt like Quasimodo. I've tried this jar twice now... with a substantial break in between, just to make sure it was this product and not something else. Same reaction both times.Obviously it could just be something in the ingredients I'm allergic to, so not everyone will have this reaction.
