These wheel covers are made of pure plastic with a metal ring that goes on the inside and around the wheel cover to hold it on the rim. Around the inside the wheel covers are plastic clips which are very very easy to break and if you break just one of these clips you are finished and then all the wheel covers will be useless. Not only the clips, these covers don't even stay on your rims that well. I was curious after breaking a clip on one of these wheel covers I tested the other 3 wheel covers on a road test and 2 out of the 3 covers fell off the rim. I can't believe I spent $48 dollars for plastic wheel covers that don't stay on your wheel. Two thumbs down on these wheel covers. wish I can my money back. but I can't return covers that fell of the tires.
