Just with hot water? add the noodles, meat, basil, bean sprouts?** A: Add boiling water. Then, if you want, you can pour over noodles (soften rice noodles per package instructions first). I then add thinly sliced meat (tenderloin or sirloin). The hot water will cook it to a medium rare. I add some scallions. Finally, bean sprouts, Thai basil or whatever other additions you like (I add thinly sliced onion.) Very easy. Is it as good as the Pho in a good Vietnamese restaurant? No. But, it's pretty darn good for a quick and easy meal. **Q: How's it taste? Is it close enough to resturant quality?** A: It is not restaurant quality. But you are buying a powdered mix.
