I had zero problems with it. I even bought the same item in another color for my father to run in his house and he had never done any networking before in his life. He too had zero problems with it. I ran some iperf tests and I was limited by the speed of the network adapters in the machines that I used. I was pulling about 950Mb/s in and out of a raspberry pi, through a switch, then a router, then over to another machine. If the NICs and the switches were updated to 10GBE support, I'd probably hit close to the mark.BTW, if you're thinking of running cat5/6 for the first time, don't use one of the $30-$70 analog toners. Go pick up this tool: "Klein Tools VDV501-823 VDV Scout Pro 2 Tester Kit." It's about $80. It's not analog. You put a dummy load with a resistor into one end on a patch panel or the keystone-jack (any direction that suits you) and then you can validate that you're on the correct wire-run along with validating that the twisted pairs are correct with the connections properly punched (continuity test). If you're a pro, you probably already have a fluke digital toner so it doesn't matter. Everyone else, save your money, this does two tests simultaneously: it validates your wire terminations and it helps you map/validate all of your ports from the wall to a patch panel. I say approximate as I measured by doing the whole end of arm to end of arm measurement and guesstimated about 90 feet then added 1 more full end of arm to end of arm so it may be more than 30 meters.I did full testing both with a tester and using the LAN speed test utility between 2 machines. Everything worked well. I'll have to see how it holds up, but as my network will be mostly used for my Plex server and some gaming, I don't expect to tax it much.An electrician friend of mine told me to not use it for PoE. So I would recommend the same. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Get this and not the "Copper-Covered Aluminum" (CCA) fake CAT-6 wire stock *by T***A on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on September 1, 2016* This is copper-based wiring with excellent shielding. You need to pay more to get the quality materials, you cannot just go with the lowest-cost wiring. The quality difference is clear when you compare this against (bogus) "CAT-6" that is actually made of CCA (copper-covered aluminum) instead of pure copper -- CCA is the cheap stuff they sell you when you think you're buying CAT-6 but you're not. Replacing the wiring in the house with this has made a big difference in my wired computer speeds especially when I have longer runs or they run near existing electrical blocks or conduits in the structure of the house. I have about 16 computers and 8 Android phone/tablet devices, and the more wireless devices you add, the more you need this wiring for your wired machines.
