Cooking Instructions: Spicy King Black Bean Sauce can be used for flavoring noodles. It is also the necessary ingredients to cook sichuan style Double Fried pork, Ma PoTofu or Black Bean Fish. Black Bean Fish: Place prepared fish on the plate. Add cooking wine, ginger slices, spring onion slices and salt on the top of the fish, add black bean sauce evenly on the fish, steam for 15 mins and ready to serve.

I gave this 5 stars because it does remarkable things.  It can be used as a table sauce to add to just about anything.It is also great for cooking.  It has enough oil in it to use in any wok dish you are making.
