I started eating quinoa instead of rice for the protein content so I cook with this product at least twice a week. Kids like it with grilled chicken, steak for me, and wife adds some feta and makes a warm salad. Meal ready in 5min! ### ⭐⭐ almost expired *by Z***N on September 9, 2021* "Best by" date is only 2 months from date of purchase. How am I going to eat 24 pounds of quinoa in 2 months? I bought this because I wanted to buy in bulk for the next 6 months or so. Also, I thought the per-ounce price represented dry weight and this was uncooked. Turns out it's really expensive. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Great flavor?!
